Giants vs. Cowboys – an old school match up everyone looks forward to.

While the Dallas Cowboys need this game more than the Giants, Big Blue needs redemption from a poor showing opening night.   Yes, that first game ruined my week and to be matched a few weeks later when Lawrence Tynes missed not one but two field goals against the Eagles.

Anyone can beat anyone on any given Sunday and today is no different.   The Cowboys are missing their stud middle linebacker(Sean Lee) and their starting running back. While Dan Connor is expected to step up for the Cowboys, Dallas has signed veteran linebacker Ernie Sims to fill the roster spot as Lee is done for the year with a toe injury.

Much has changed in 6 weeks; however, that is no reason to take the Cowboys lightly.  Dallas quarterback, Tony Romo is lights out vs. the Giants!

Romo vs Big Blue:

Romo is 5-5 as a starter against the Giants, but he has over 105 passer rating with 24 touchdowns and just 9 interceptions.

Defensive Coordinator, Perry Fewell needs to stunt the Dallas Cowboys doe Romo makes a ton of mistakes when hit often.  When Romo has time he can be as good as anyone.   Justin Tuck needs to get into this game early and Fewell needs to free the big man up.   He is often double teamed with a tackle and a tight end.

If you are feeling over-confident this Halloween, let me remind you that Tony Romo torched Corey Webster in-game one and I am not sure Webster has done much to recuperate.

After game #1, Romo said that the Giant DB’s played with their butts against the sideline the whole game, so he took advantage of the inside of the field with slants.   This game with be all about the Giants defense vs. the Cowboys offense.

Eli and company can take care of themselves.
